About Gerald

Gerald Skillings practises corporate and commercial law, including general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and secured financing for lenders and borrowers, along with commercial and industrial real estate, income tax, and estate planning. Skillings graduated from the University of Windsor in 1979 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1981. Skillings previously served as a sessional instructor in the corporate and commercial law section of the Bar Admission course at the University of Windsor, and belongs to the Essex Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
