About Jennifer

Jennifer McKim focuses her practice on corporate and commercial real estate, covering residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural matters, and on wills, estate planning, and administration. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and an Honours BA in criminology and psychology from the same school, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005. She joined Bartlet & Richardes in 2009, became a partner in 2017, and has served as managing partner since March 2021. Jennifer sits on the boards of the Windsor Symphony Orchestra and Essex Community Services and has previously tutored the Bar Admission course for the Law Society of Upper Canada.
