About Craig

Craig grew up in Rutland, attending West Rutland Elementary and graduating from Springvalley Secondary, and began his post-secondary education at Okanagan College before completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia in 1993. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 1997 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1998. After practising personal injury law, including ICBC and motor vehicle claims, in the Lower Mainland, he returned to Rutland to join Benson Law. His current practice focuses on estate planning, including primary and secondary (corporate) wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements and trusts, along with probate and other estate matters, as well as corporate commercial matters such as incorporations, shareholder agreements, restorations, and share and asset purchases and sales. He also continues to represent clients in personal injury matters against insurance companies, including slip and trip and fall claims.
