About Maneet

Maneet brings a blend of litigation experience and solicitor expertise, having gained experience across civil litigation matters including cases before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court (Small Claims), and the Residential Tenancy Branch before transitioning into solicitor work. In his corporate and commercial practice he advises businesses on incorporations, shareholders' agreements, share and asset purchases, and corporate restructuring. He works closely with partner Robert Tonsoo on estate planning, drafting primary and secondary wills, enduring powers of attorney, representation agreements, and trust structures, and in his real estate practice guides clients through purchases, sales, and refinancing. He received his law degree from Queen Mary University of London, began his articles with Benson Law LLP in June 2022, and was called to the British Columbia bar in June 2023. He is fluent in Punjabi and conversational in Hindi and Urdu.
