About Kim
Kim Heath is an associate at Warder Law who practises almost exclusively in family law, assisting clients with separations, parenting time and decision-making, property claims, child and spousal support, and domestic contracts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History and Political Science and a Master of Arts in History, both from Queen's University, and completed her J.D. there, where she received the Frontenac Law Award and the Michelle McKelvey Award in Family Law. She worked as a Student Caseworker for the Queen's Family Law Clinic, assisting self-represented litigants, and completed her placement and articles at Warder Law before being called to the bar in July 2023. She accepts Legal Aid and Domestic Violence certificates and prefers negotiating resolutions outside of court. She chairs the Advocacy and Outreach Committee and co-chairs the Young Lawyers Section of the Frontenac Law Association, and volunteers as a lawyer supervisor with the ID Clinic at Martha's Table.
