About Colleen

Colleen represents private and publicly traded companies, reporting issuers and underwriters in corporate finance, corporate commercial and securities matters, including public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions. She has advised on major transactions including the acquisition of Clearwater Seafoods Incorporated and has extensive experience with regulatory matters in the Canadian gaming industry. Colleen was named King's Counsel in 2025 and holds an LLB from Dalhousie University.
