Colette Stewart is Of Counsel and a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with a background in professional services, information technology and privacy. Her prior roles include work with organizations such as Bell Canada, CBC, Interac Corp and McCarthy Tetrault LLP. Colette advises clients on commercial contracts, software licensing, corporate governance, data governance, information security controls and AI strategy, and she has led the buildout of enterprise-wide privacy governance programs. Her experience ranges from multinational enterprises to privately held companies, including advising third-party logistics and intra-company sales teams in Canada and the U.S. She holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor (1996) and a B.Sc. from the University of Winnipeg (1994), along with more recent certificates from Toronto Metropolitan University and Harvard Business School Online.
