About Cole

Cole Wilson is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office specializing in corporate commercial litigation, insurance defence, shareholder disputes, construction disputes, debt collection, and farm partnership disputes. He has appeared at all three levels of Saskatchewan court and before administrative tribunals. He joined as an associate in 2019 following his 2018 articles and previously studied finance at the Edwards School of Business. Cole earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2018 and serves on the board of Saskatchewan Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs Inc.
