About Emma
Emma E. A. Presch is an associate at EKB with a broad civil litigation practice, having represented clients in the British Columbia Supreme Court. She earned her JD from the University of Victoria in 2024 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in 2020. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2025. Emma placed first at the UBC Environmental Law Group Negotiation Competition in 2021 and competed in the BC Law Schools Moot in 2023, and served as an executive member of the University of Victoria's Law Students' Society.
