About Christopher

Christopher Alam is a partner at Gowling WLG in Toronto and former leader of the firm's national Lending Group. His practice includes corporate commercial and lending transactions, acting for both creditors and debtors in secured and unsecured lending, and for public and private corporations in mergers, acquisitions and governance matters. He is co-lead of the firm's national artificial intelligence technology group and writes on AI regulation.
