About Christopher
Christopher Soo is an associate lawyer practising corporate and securities law, assisting clients with public and private equity and debt financings, going-public transactions, stock exchange listings, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises public and private companies on corporate governance, continuous disclosure, and other compliance matters. He obtained his JD from the University of Victoria in 2019, during which he worked as a practicum student at the British Columbia Securities Commission and completed an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore. Christopher joined Maxis Law after articling at a Vancouver regional firm and working as an associate at a corporate and securities law boutique.
