About Elan
Elan Hannah advises entrepreneurs, startups, and public and private companies on securities offerings, going-public transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements. During law school at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, she spent a semester at the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside, was nominated as student speaker for her graduation ceremony, and competed in the Laskin Moot. Before joining Maxis Law, she articled and practised at a full-service regional firm in downtown Vancouver. She is a member of the Business Law, Natural Resources, and Securities Law sections of the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch).
