Christopher Masich is a Saskatoon-based partner at McKercher LLP specializing in mergers and acquisitions and project finance across Saskatchewan's key economic sectors, including energy, renewables, mining, natural resources, infrastructure, and agriculture. He has advised several independent power producers on SaskPower submissions and secured a $173 million wind project financing facility, and has handled major acquisitions and farmland transactions exceeding $128 million. He collaborates with national and international firms on complex transactions and completed the Canada National Nuclear Energy Management School at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Engineering. Christopher is recognized by Lexpert, Best Lawyers, and Chambers Canada, and received the 2023 Lexpert Rising Star Award.
