About Christina

Christina Kerby is a Senior Research Lawyer with about ten years of litigation experience across insurance, construction, constitutional and education law, with a dedicated focus on labour and employment law since joining the firm in February 2023. She was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2014, and holds a B.A. in English from the University of Calgary and a J.D. (with distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. Her practice covers collective agreement interpretation, grievances, policy development and labour relations board applications, along with advising on terminations, human rights claims, policy revision and workplace investigations. She has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, and articled, then worked as an associate, at a major Western Canadian firm before joining Whyley Legal. She received the Law Society of Saskatchewan's Award of Distinction for Top Bar Admission Course Performance after her 2014 articles, and completed an Investigations course through the Foundation of Administrative Justice in late 2025.
