About Fraser

Fraser Duncan is a research lawyer focused on labour law, human rights and privacy law who joined the firm in 2023 after completing a SSHRC-funded LL.M. at the University of Toronto and clerking at the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan in 2020-21. He was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2021 and holds a J.D. (with great distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan, along with an M.A. (Hons), M.Phil. and Ph.D. from the University of Glasgow. Before his legal career he spent ten years as a Lecturer in Politics at Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland before moving to Canada. He continues to publish academically and also holds a sessional appointment at the College of Law.
