About Timothy

Timothy (Tim) Hawryluk, K.C., is the Managing Partner of Robertson Stromberg LLP, with a litigation practice focused on insurance law, employment law, and defending professional negligence actions against lawyers and law firms, including over 80 actions against Saskatchewan lawyers and firms, and has acted as counsel for the Law Society of Saskatchewan. He has been appointed an Inquest Coroner by the Province of Saskatchewan and has served at over 30 death inquests, including as Coroner's Counsel for the James Smith Cree Nation and Weldon Mass Casualty Inquest, one of the largest coroner's inquests in Canadian history.
