His practice covers all aspects of corporate finance, with an emphasis on multi-jurisdictional and cross-border structured financings. He acts for Canadian and international financial institutions and borrowers in lending transactions, including asset-based lending, syndicated financings, covered bonds and notes, and insolvency and restructuring. He regularly advises clients on general corporate matters, regulatory matters and commercial contracts.
