About Chloe Davies

Chloe Davies works on the deals that reshape companies: mergers and acquisitions on both the public and private side, capital markets transactions and corporate finance, all within a corporate and securities practice. Chloe is an associate in Gowling WLG's Business Law Group, based in Toronto. In January 2024, Chloe teamed up with partners Kelby Carter and Alana Scotchmer on a Gowling WLG article looking at what the federal government's proposed Criminal Interest Rate Regulations would mean for commercial loans.

Windsor Law came next. Chloe finished the Juris Doctor there in 2023 with Honours and the Dr. John Whiteside Award in Legal Profession, and credits that Humber grounding with taking much of the stress out of the jump into law school. Summers and articling were spent with Gowling WLG in Toronto, and after being called to the Ontario bar in June 2024, Chloe stayed on with the firm as an associate.

Away from the office, Chloe likes a good book, tracking down the newest coffee shops in Toronto and following motorsport.
