About Irena
Irena (Ree) Kramer co-founded Pulse Law in 2025 after a decade practising corporate law at local, boutique, and international law firms in the Waterloo region. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 and practises incorporation, contract drafting, financing, and M&A for startups and venture-backed companies across technology, construction, and other sectors.
