About Chelsea
Chelsea Rubin works as an associate within Osler's Competition/Antitrust, Foreign Investment and International Trade practice groups, focusing on sanctions law, compliance, and risk management alongside broader competition, antitrust, foreign investment, and trade matters. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Chelsea previously interned with several United Nations bodies, including the UN Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals in The Hague and Canada's Permanent Mission to the United Nations. Before law school, she completed a Master of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto's Munk School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of Western Ontario. Chelsea began at Osler as a summer student in 2018 and articled with the firm over 2019 and 2020.
