About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn joined BSLSC's family law team in 2025 and has practiced family law exclusively since her call to the bar. Her files cover the full range of family law issues, from complex property disputes and high-conflict parenting matters to sensitive child protection cases, and she brings substantial litigation experience as a resolution-focused advocate. While studying for her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School she worked in the Family Law Division of the Community and Legal Aid Services Programme and served as the Ontario Family Law Project Coordinator for Pro Bono Students Canada. She graduated summa cum laude from McMaster University with a degree in Linguistics and Italian Studies before completing her J.D. at York University in 2020.
