About Charlotte
Charlotte Chien, an associate at Osler's Toronto office, practises in the Financial Services Group. Her work covers a wide range of lending transactions, including syndicated and bilateral financings, secured and unsecured lending, asset-based lending, acquisition financing and cross-border financing. Before joining Osler, Chien practised banking and financial services law at a large national firm. She holds J.D. degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, along with a B.A. Honours from the University of Toronto. Chien belongs to the Ontario Bar Association.
