Alessio Cardillo gained experience in corporate, labour and employment law in private practice before joining Aust Legal. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, corporate reorganizations and drafting corporate and commercial agreements, and he is completing a master's in taxation at Université de Sherbrooke to complement his transactional practice.
