Mark Warner practises trade, investment and competition law, with experience in law firms in Toronto, New York, Washington D.C. and Brussels, and as counsel to the OECD in Paris. He is a former Legal Director for the Ontario Ministries of Economic Development & Trade and of Research & Innovation, where he led Ontario's legal team in trade negotiations including the Canada-EU Trade Agreement.
