Gordon Hearn co-chairs Gardiner Roberts LLP's Transportation and Logistics Group, advising shippers, receivers, carriers, and logistics providers such as freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehousemen on their legal exposure across all modes of carriage. His work spans cross-border and domestic litigation involving cargo claims, product liability, and insurance disputes, along with contract drafting, coverage issues, and regulatory compliance matters. Gordon is a past president of the Transportation Lawyers Association and speaks often at industry conferences across North America. He earned his LLB from the University of Windsor in 1985 and his BA from Western University in 1982, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 1987.
