About Shivani
Shivani Sharda spent nearly two decades in public service advocating for disadvantaged individuals before joining Giving Tree Family Law, and now advises on custody, parenting time, support, property division, and separation agreements. She earned her law degree from Brunel University in London and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association's Family Law Section, the South Asian Bar Association, and the Advocates Society.
