About Ceili
Ceili Boer is a partner at McHugh Ionico Boer LLP and leads the firm's Litigation department. She earned her J.D. from Queen's University and was called to the bar in 2014. Ceili is a civil and commercial litigator with experience in both courtroom proceedings and private commercial arbitration, acting for the firm's business clients in employment disputes, construction lien matters, corporate and shareholder litigation, commercial lease disputes, and real estate disputes. She also represents employers and employees in reviewing and preparing severance packages and employment agreements, and regularly assists with employment issues arising in the firm's corporate-commercial transactions. She is a member of the Hamilton Law Association.
