About Jackie
Jackie Zimmerman is a corporate and commercial lawyer in Edmonton, advising lenders and businesses on secured lending and financing, corporate structuring and reorganizations, business purchases and sales, residential and commercial real estate, leasing, and trademark matters. The daughter of immigrants, she is known for explaining legal issues in plain, jargon-free language and taking time to make sure clients understand the reasoning behind her advice.
