Kevin McGuigan holds a Bachelor of Administration and a Juris Doctor, and has over three decades of experience practicing law across various provinces, up to the Supreme Court of Canada. He has advanced a number of complex class actions on behalf of investors, including the Soost v. Merrill Lynch case, an employment claim that established precedents still relied on today. He has run trials of varying complexity and length and has broad experience with commercial and civil litigation and appeals. He has lectured for the CPLED program in Alberta and is active in the community, including with the Al Azhar Shriners.
