About Catherine

Catherine Saya is cross-appointed to Osler's Insolvency & Restructuring and Disputes Departments, with a practice focused primarily on restructuring and insolvency as well as corporate and commercial disputes. She holds an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal, where she was named to the Dean's Honour List, and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. During her studies, Catherine Saya articled at the Superior Court of Quebec with the Honourable David R. Collier and the Honourable Christian Immer. Before joining Osler, she worked in the Special Loans Group of a Canadian bank. She is a member of the Barreau du Québec, the Young Bar of Montreal, and the Montreal chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
