About Catherine
Catherine Wilde owns Fleck Law and focuses her practice on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, both from the University of Saskatchewan, in 2000, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2002. The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory has repeatedly named her a Leading Practitioner between 2015 and 2022, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association gave her its Outstanding Young Lawyer Award in 2009. The firm credits her with obtaining the highest jury award in Canada for a chronic pain claim. She has mentored a number of articling students and principals over her career, and belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Lambton Law Association.
