Fleck Law is a personal injury litigation firm headquartered in Point Edward, just outside Sarnia, with a satellite office in Toronto. The firm traces back to 1992, when it began serving Lambton County as Fleck & Daigneault, with founder Carl E. Fleck and founding partner Pascale Daigneault, who served as managing partner from 1992 to 2012. The firm took its current name by 2012, when Catherine Wilde became a partner alongside Fleck and Daigneault, and the partners later became owners. The firm says its lawyers carry over 100 years of combined legal experience and that it represents only injured people, never insurance companies.
The practice covers serious and catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death claims, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and disputes over long term disability and Canada Pension Plan benefits, along with wills, estates and powers of attorney. Fleck, appointed Queen's Counsel (now styled King's Counsel) in 1978, is a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation and a former judge of the Small Claims Court of Ontario. Daigneault, admitted to the bar in Alberta before Ontario, practices in English and French and served as president of the Ontario Bar Association from 2013 to 2014.

Fleck Law's main office sits in Point Edward, a village of under 2,000 people wedged between Sarnia and the point where the St. Clair River meets Lake Huron. The village is best known for the Blue Water Bridge, the twin span crossing to Port Huron, Michigan, run by the Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, the same Crown corporation the firm's general counsel chairs. Point Edward kept its own municipal government through amalgamation pressures in the 1990s and still runs on independently owned businesses rather than chains, a small town setting the firm has stayed in since 1992.
The firm's satellite office is in Toronto's financial district at 7 King Street East, giving clients in the Greater Toronto Area a downtown meeting point without a trip to Lambton County. The firm's roots and most of its lawyers remain based in Point Edward and Sarnia.
