About Pascale

Pascale Daigneault is general counsel to Fleck Law, where her practice covers plaintiff-side personal injury, insurance and wills and estates litigation, including estate planning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry (1983) and a Bachelor of Laws (1987), both from the University of Ottawa, was called to the Alberta bar in 1988 and to the Ontario bar in 1992, and later earned the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She served as President of the Ontario Bar Association in 2013-2014 and chairs the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited. Daigneault practises bilingually in English and French and has directed the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory recognizes her as a Leading Practitioner, and she is listed in Best Lawyers for personal injury litigation.
