About Annie

Annie C. Kaderly is a partner and litigator at Daykin Walker Kaderly Wahid LLP, where she has practised family law exclusively since 2007, representing clients at all levels of court in British Columbia including the Court of Appeal. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2006, and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University (2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Prince Edward Island (2001). From 2007 to 2014 she served on the executive of the CBA's BC Branch Family Law Subsection, including two years as co-chair, and has contributed to publications including Desk Order Divorce and Introducing Evidence at Trial. Since 2016 she has served on the editorial board of CLEBC's BC Family Practice Manual, and in 2024 began serving as a guest judge for UBC's 1L Moots.
