About Jordan

Jordan Guest grew up in Ottawa and has lived in the Lower Mainland since 1999. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in history and his JD at the University of British Columbia's Allard School of Law, graduating in 2018, and was called to the bar in February 2019. He briefly ran a general litigation practice before focusing on insurance defense matters for nearly six years, both in-house and at a large downtown Vancouver firm. In May 2025 he joined Swansky Family Law and Mediation as an associate, assisting individuals and families through separation and divorce. He is committed to negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, while remaining an experienced trial lawyer when court is the most effective path. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch.
