About Catherine
Catherine Hart is an associate in Osler's Privacy and Data Management group. Her work centers on helping organizations manage privacy obligations, respond to security incidents and comply with anti-spam and related rules, including support during regulatory investigations. Hart also assists clients navigating privacy considerations that come up in deal work, and prepares privacy policies and internal operating documents. Her experience extends to intellectual property, technology, and advertising and marketing matters. Before joining Osler, Hart worked as an associate at another full-service firm. She earned her J.D. from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University.
