About Casper
Casper Holloway has a general and broad civil litigation practice, including insurance defence, commercial litigation, personal injury claims, and corporate, partnership, and joint venture disputes. He has appeared as counsel in arbitrations, trials, appeals, and other contested court hearings before all levels of court in British Columbia. Before joining Guild Yule, Holloway articled and practised at a boutique litigation firm in downtown Vancouver, and before his call to the Bar he took part in pro bono initiatives on human rights and international criminal law. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2017 and moved to Vancouver from London, England, in 2018, being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019.
