About Alexander

Alexander (Alex) D.C. Kask practises in professional liability, health law, municipal law, general insurance defence litigation, and administrative law, with additional experience in product liability, commercial litigation, safety standards regulation, personal injury, and human rights law. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2000 and has represented clients at all levels of court and before various tribunals. While in law school he worked for the RCMP as a Litigation Analyst, and he has authored five publications on the Japanese language and worked as an interpreter and translator. Kask is a frequent lecturer for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association, and a past instructor for the Vancouver Community College Paralegal Certificate and Diploma Program.
