About Carolyne

Carolyne Kerr has practised criminal defence since establishing her own firm in 1993, after five years as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Toronto prosecuting offences including homicide, other serious crimes of violence, sexual assault and fraud. She was called to the bar in 1988 following her articles at Gilbert Wright and Flaherty. Her recent practice has focused on defending clients charged with drug offences, violent crimes and fraud, and she has argued cases at every level of trial and appeal court in Ontario.
