About Fred

Fred Fedorsen is the founder and principal of Frederick S. Fedorsen Professional Corporation, a boutique firm focused on criminal litigation across the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario. He has practised criminal law for almost 40 years and has defended thousands of clients on a wide range of charges, including sexual assault, fraud, and drug offences, though over the last 20 years the firm has concentrated heavily on driving-related offences involving serious injury and death. Fred began his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, where he stood second in his class in commerce and finance and received the Woodhouse scholarship for English, before completing his law degree there in 1976 and earning the estate-planning prize. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Criminal Lawyers' Association of Ontario, and has lectured for both organizations.
