About Peter

Peter Lindsay founded Lindsay Law in 1996 after being called to the Ontario Bar in 1991. He graduated with Honours from the University of Toronto Law School in 1989 and earned an Honours BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in 1986. He has practiced criminal law exclusively since 1994, with a focus on impaired driving, and has been counsel on over 300 reported cases, including the case of David Chen, which helped reshape Canada's citizen's-arrest law.
