Andrew Z. Wlodyka is a partner at Direction Legal LLP, called to the bar in British Columbia in 1978. He earned his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1977 and his B.A., also from UBC, in 1973. He practices immigration, refugee, citizenship and customs law, including permanent residence applications, Provincial Nominee Program matters, and citizenship applications, as well as international adoptions, wills and estates, and notary services. He has litigated before immigration tribunals and the Federal and Supreme Courts of Canada. He speaks Polish as well as English.
