About Caroline

Caroline Seshadri is an associate at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office who joined as an articling student in 2022. Her practice touches general litigation, health law, medical malpractice, professional regulation, and assisted reproduction matters such as gestational carrier and donation agreements. During law school she researched COVID-19 travel restrictions, served on the Saskatchewan Law Review Editorial Board, and volunteered at CLASSIC's Legal Advice Clinic. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia Okanagan in 2019 and a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2022, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2023.
