About Benjamin
Benjamin Omoruyi is the principal lawyer at Omoben Law, practicing family law, criminal defence, civil litigation, corporate and commercial matters, estate planning and administration, and real estate transactions. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008, and practiced privately in Lagos before moving to Canada, where he earned his LL.M. from the University of Saskatchewan in 2013. Benjamin was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2016 and has been a sessional lecturer in International Law at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law since 2014. He has represented survivors of the Indian Residential School system and the Sixties Scoop, and supports families involved with child and family services.
