About Carol
Carol M. Cash is a partner at Gehlen Dabbs Cash LLP focusing on restructuring and insolvency law, including proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, bankruptcies, receiverships, foreclosures, and creditors' remedies. Cash has acted as counsel to trustees, receivers, secured lenders, directors, shareholders, and debtors in a wide variety of insolvency matters, and advises stratas, societies, and housing co-operatives on financing, governance, membership relations, and related litigation. Cash is a former president and director of the Young Insolvency Professionals Society and a former co-chair of the Women Lawyers Forum's Marketing and Communications Committee. Cash holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Calgary (2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia (2003), and was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2009.
