About Carly
Carly Caruso serves as counsel in the Real Estate Group at Goodmans. Her work centres on highly structured commercial real estate deals, including complex leasing arrangements and infrastructure related assets. She regularly advises institutional investors such as pension funds, REITs, developers, lenders, universities and airport operators on acquiring, financing, developing and leasing real estate. Carly is known for handling specialized ground leasing and operating arrangements in sectors like universities, airports and energy platforms. Before joining Goodmans she practiced in the real property and planning group at another national law firm.
