About John
John Turner has practiced personal injury and insurance law for more than a decade and has been with Elkin Injury Law since 2016. He works to break down complicated insurance claims for clients and advocates firmly on their behalf so they can make informed decisions. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa's law school, where he completed a specialized written advocacy program, served on the Dean's list, and earned an entrepreneurial scholarship. Before law school he was a licensed paralegal, graduating with Honours from Seneca College, and later earned First-Class Honours in Political Science from Brock University. He has taught civil litigation part-time at Niagara College and sits on the board of a local not-for-profit that connects young people with businesses to build their skills.
