About Lucas
Lucas joined Bell Baker in 2023. He previously practiced insurance litigation at another Ottawa firm, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants ranging from large institutional litigants to small businesses and homeowners, and earlier practiced criminal law at a Toronto firm. He also practices environmental law. He has experience at every stage of the litigation process, having litigated motions, trials, and appeals at the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the License Appeal Tribunal.
