Founding counsel J. David Watson completed the Law Society of Upper Canada's Bar Admission Course in 1983 and has appeared for trade unions, trust funds, and individuals before arbitrators, labour boards, and human rights tribunals for more than three decades. Senior partner David P. Jacobs, also called to the bar in 1983, has practiced across labour relations, human rights, health law, and professional regulation, and is admitted to the International Criminal Court's List of Counsel. Partner Steven G. Bosnick, called to the bar in 2002, holds degrees in mathematics, philosophy, and law from the University of Waterloo, the University of Guelph, and the University of Toronto. Partner Michael Klug has worked from the firm's London office since 2000, representing unions across southwestern Ontario's municipal, education, industrial, and transportation sectors.
