Watson Jacobs Bosnick LLP is a union side labour, administrative, and professional regulation law firm based in Toronto, with a second office in London, Ontario. The firm has practiced for more than 40 years, representing trade unions, trust funds, associations, professional regulators, and individual workers before arbitrators, labour relations boards, human rights tribunals, and the courts. Construction labour law is a particular focus, alongside broader work in employment, human rights, and the discipline and regulation of professionals. Lexpert has repeatedly recommended the firm as a union side labour law practice.
Founding counsel J. David Watson completed the Law Society of Upper Canada's Bar Admission Course in 1983 and has appeared for trade unions, trust funds, and individuals before arbitrators, labour boards, and human rights tribunals for more than three decades. Senior partner David P. Jacobs, also called to the bar in 1983, has practiced across labour relations, human rights, health law, and professional regulation, and is admitted to the International Criminal Court's List of Counsel. Partner Steven G. Bosnick, called to the bar in 2002, holds degrees in mathematics, philosophy, and law from the University of Waterloo, the University of Guelph, and the University of Toronto. Partner Michael Klug has worked from the firm's London office since 2000, representing unions across southwestern Ontario's municipal, education, industrial, and transportation sectors.

By appointmentWatson Jacobs Bosnick's main office is on Yonge Street in Toronto, one of several office addresses along that stretch north of the downtown core. Because the firm's clients are trade unions, trust funds, and professional regulators rather than walk in individuals, its lawyers spend much of their time at hearings, arbitrations, and tribunal proceedings across the Greater Toronto Area rather than at the office itself.
The London office, on Central Avenue, extends that same union side and regulatory practice into southwestern Ontario. Partner Michael Klug has worked from that location since 2000, representing unions in the municipal, education, industrial, and transportation sectors across the region.
