About Carmelina

Carmelina D'Angelo is a partner who advises clients across a broad range of business law matters, including asset and share acquisitions and divestitures, corporate reorganizations, and commercial leasing and financing, along with various commercial agreements. Her practice also extends to business succession planning, complex wills and trusts, and estate administration. Carmelina was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1995, earned her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993, and holds an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo from 1990.
